not able to cycle maps

A friend of mine wants to game with me, but he only plays everlasting maps, because he can’t switch maps.
Whenever the new map loads he gets error, disconnected from server

anyone knows what to do?

Hola,

he probably just do /map oasis for example.
He must load the map like this : /rcon pass map oasis , or if he has a cycle /rcon pass nextmap/!nextmap.

Not on his own server, on any server at all

Can it be as simple as - in game menu :

Main/options/game/downloads

Get Missing Files from Server : Yes
Use http/ftp downloads : Yes

he needs to remove game and all it’s folders and re-install
