Ok I just found out bout ET today, and dl’d and wut not, everytime I join a game it sometimes kicks me off back to main menu and says that i have missing files…usually pk3 files. How do I fix this?

cl_allowdownload 1 in yer console. Or check which pk3’s are missing, they’re probably custom maps and download them to your etmain folder, they’re easily found on the web, just google em

Have you installed the 2.60(b) patch(es) too?

Reinstall it, and if that doesn’t work, download it somewhere else.
