Hello everyone…some of you may remember me from awhile back.
So I’m playing a few games here and there lately, and I was wondering if there are any non good XP save servers out there? Good old servers that require skill…preferably ETPro. SW would be even better!
Honestly I think the percentage of XP save servers right now is ridiculous. I HATE xp save servers and I can’t seem to find a good server that doesn’t xp save.
Where did the good old days of skillfull ET go?? :???:

Your confused smiley is appropriate. 
Skill upgrades are disabled on those servers; the XP is nothing but a number. Technically, most leagues are “XP-save” as well (b_statsaver = 1 in most league configs). It’s not XP that matters, it’s skill upgrades (faster reload, reduced spread, etc.).
Here’s a script to check the relevant cvars. I wrote this just now and haven’t tested it, but it should work. Note that pb_sv_cqc must = 1 on the server for the script to work, and it still may not always work properly, because PB can be a finicky bitch:

I feel so noobish again…its good to see BiO is still a great server.
I’m from the USA btw, so I’m looking more for NA servers, but its fun to play with Euro friends on the BiO server too.

Btw. where did the 3 maps campaign servers go?
There seem to be either ‘complete xp-save’ servers or ones with no xp (ability upgrades) at all. The least I find are 6 or 10 maps campaign servers. I like playing with XP enabled, gaining improved abilities as I play, but only if all players have around the same amount of XP - which is maintained best with XP reset after 3 maps. Sadly, hardly any server is configured that way… :bored:
My clan has a stock campaign (etpro) server up 213.19.131.147:27960 its based in the Netherlands though.
