Non-n00b Servers

Just finished reading evil socks post on his bad server experiences. I think we have all been there. I’ve gotta say when I come across them, I don’t stayb around too long 'cause it brings out my evil side (muhaha), and my game play suffers from this (spend my time chasinig the f*ckwit admin down - anything to kill them).

…and this made me think, why not get a list of decent servers together, which people regularly visit and have a good time on? I for one have a few in my favourites which I regularly go to 'cause I know I will get a good game (even if teamplay can go out of the window sometimes - but what do you expect on pubs??)

As a starter for 10, I would put forward

137.224.240.14:27960

It’s the Crew Nexus server, 64 players. Complete mayhem - and allies usually get stuffed every time - but it doesn’t stop me playing allies evertime, as it makes for a good challenge. Also, admins (if they exist on this server) don’t seem to get involved - it is up to the players if someone needs to get kicked.

Just a thought…

I think there is now one decent server out there now which attracts alot of very good players…shame to say it isn’t our 2X| server lol.

try Clan BiO’s server…would find you the ip but I’m bloody late for work. Find it yourself and you’ll be guaranteed some great non n00bage fun - at least at peak gaming times \o/

In reply to Piggy, I have been reading this forum for a month or so, and have seen no such post - and this is a general discussion forum - and new servers may have appeared in this time - so thanks for the comment

In reply to Kendle, if you had read evil socks post, the ‘n00b’ comment was relating to the admins, not the players on the server… sorry if I didn’t make that clear enough in the title - as someone stated, can you name a public server which isn’t full of n00bs?

Yes I can, but I don’t want to pollute its gene pool :wink:

But on the particular server that I’m thinking of I have not once seen an admin have to take any action, or even if there were admins present - the server just seems to be full of top class European players all the time.

But this thread is a good idea as good admins usually have a thankless task so this is for you :beer:

But you might want to try clan Bio’s server as suggested, you usually find good players on there:-

Try the et-uk.net server, it’s 3-map etpro and not over-adminned.
