No Servers Showing Up

I’ve had Wolfenstein:ET for 3 days, and Servers never show up in my list, i had to download a special program just to play, anyone know how to fix this. I have a firewall, what ports do i have to open, etc… please help!

Its nmot a MSC since cannot acce thelist for a few days he says.
Dont know what port you should open though
