1 hit to finish now with Vasilis rifles, so don’t understand what your complaining about, before it was like an entire mag to finish an enemy off. There is a trade-off, less chance to gib (they have not been removed completly) but easier to finish off. You have to be quick with Vassili anyway. Yeah the medic trainage is annoying and we could do without the 3 second (or w.e) invincibility on revives, should be reserved for spawns only.
Also Avidcow is right you know, sometimes its wiser to let the enemy come in a little closer so you can rip them apart as a team, not as a sole sniper.
The lack of gibbing with headshots is fine, but we need a chance to gib, and right now, medics can tap revive way too quickly to be able to even get a chance to gib someone. The window is microscopic given all the other variables at hand. With the current RoF and the bolt action, limited clip sizes and yaddayadda, I agree that a slight RoF buff would be great.

Right. @Merciless & I were discussing your point, and yeah. He got nerfed because there’s a few people who are really good with him, people in comp mostly. Like Merciless is fucking good with Vassili because he’s mastered real skill with him. We can handle this change but something else needs to be tweaked. The rifles being a little faster like @Watsyurdeal said would be a very simple tweak to a huge fucking problem. Medics are just too OP now that gibbing is pretty much being phased out of the game.

Well what I’m complaining about is right in the video. I’d love to finish off my targets once they’re down… sadly… the RoF as of now will not let me shoot another bullet before my target gets revived. I am… very… very quick with Vassili. I’ve been playing him long enough.

To be honest I think it was a lesser of two evils situation, Vasilli shouldn’t be able to gib enemies unless they are severely wounded. Which he actually can with the MoA, 75 damage, 150 damage on headshot. Unless the gib health is higher than I expect the MoA can gib someone on headshot if they are 50% lit.
Personally I think what would really help with balancing the game is normalizing the health amounts, 90, 120, and 150, with Rhino being the only one with say, 180 instead.
We then change the damage and rofs slightly, so we can get the same consistency with the guns like we had before.
Though that’s just my personal opinion, I think if we nerf Medics too much then nobody will play them, but they are definitely strong in their current state. Maybe the solution is to buff explosives like Nader’s nades, Fletcher’s Stickies, Fragger’s Grenade, etc.
But I definitely feel like Vasilli doesn’t NEED to gib on headshot, what he needs is all the rng removed so it’s a pure skill based class, no more of that damn sway, get rid of aimpunch that forces the crosshair up since it doesn’t affect Vasilli AT ALL and it’d be much more effective to have purely visual aimpunch, like what Enemy Territory had. And then, the only other thing I would add is that jumping while scoped causes you to unscope, but it is still possible to make jump shots, if your aim is good enough.

I surely wasn’t clear enough earlier. Send that video to the developers - especially since this keeps happening to you. According to game logic that Rhino player should have died because the revivr has a generous window for gibbing players. Something is not right. File a bug report if you have to you.
