I would like to see customizebale skins/models too (not in QW but at some point we will see it)…but screw the race/gender argument, i’m a male (last time i checked, atleast)… but i always tend to play with the female characters… especially in arcade fighting games…they are faster, smaller (harder to hit), and its just fun to kick the crap out of a big ugly goliath shape opponent with a little hot minx like i.e. Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken.

i cant see this happpening. the players are all made with the intenetion of people easily being able to tell what class they are even from a distance. there is a lot of emphasis on this in the interviews, even giving unique classes animations to tell them apart

this man is correct. The whole idea is that you get to know the models and can recognise what you are up against. And i like it, becasue IT WORKS!!! it worked in ET and will work in QW.

Mod away man, give me big boobies and a Spud Gun and i’ll play, or even better a Panzer with a womans head on it - that crazy mod that came out a while back for ET would be right up your street…

The OP needs to realize something. This game isn’t trying to bring you into it’s universe. It’s presenting a universe and several pre-existing characters for you to play. You choose one. If none appeal to you, maybe play an RPG, many of which do try to give you a chance to recreate yourself in your character.

Although I seriously doubt you are an Orc, or a wizard. Perhaps games should simply be reflections of real life. Yes, lets have a game where everyone recreates their house, car, and likeness, and you pretend to take a shower, go to work, drive to the grocery store, watch TV and chat with neighbors. Oh wait, that would suck. But hey, you’d get to feel “enfranchised.” :roll:
