Next Stop?

nice is that in new zealand

Aye…
When I mentioned Bruges (watch “in Bruges” if you haven’t been there) It be a good winter medieval setting with canals and bridges like Venice.
Another four cities in Europe ( going on by my experience as a backpacker)
Edinburgh (winter Xmas down by the gothic rocket, or the castle setting  )
Prague or Budapest and Barcelona which has a few great ideas with maps with a few gaudi’s architecture slapped in

(Ciakgb) #22

Venice is great idea, gondolas you could step across, long sniper moats, do it!

How about an even more congested area, like a maze in urban China…

(KINONEZ21) #23

I’ve heard New Zeland has amazine landscapes, if done properly they could come up with intresting maps, Prague sounds cool as well, but I must say, Ciakgb the maze idea just blew my mind!! It would be a nice place for Megan, and by the way, good match!! You owned me so bad hahaha

(Ciakgb) #24

Much fun, Kin, anytime. The melee nerf is almost better than the mine nerf! Happy to show off the strat. Peace!

(KINONEZ21) #25

Sure, I’ll challenge you to a rematch soon, got to think of a way to avoid thouse mines of yours

(Ian87) #26

How many megan did he use? Which map did you guys play on?

(KINONEZ21) #27

He used 5, we played on Train Station

(Ian87) #28

I see, I think that’s the only stage in which I’ve manage to beat you hahaha xD I guess I just found your weak point! By the way I was showing my little bro this game and he this tread, he thinks hawaii, venice and tokyo, and they should include a ninja and a flamethrower guy  -Ethan-

(KINONEZ21) #29

Idk, I don’t play that stage too much, it’s not my favorite stage, the one i loose the most is market though xD yeah Venice or Tokyo sound nice! I would really like to see a Flamethrower, I posted my Idea in the “Create Your Own Soldier” thread, but a Ninja with a smoke granade would also result inresting

(Beasttekkers) #30

Well it’s not a city but a map in the sewer might be pretty cool because it could have a flooded map like kinonez said but could also introduce a awesome mutant character

(KINONEZ21) #31

Nice!! That’s actually a preety good idea, that way no matter what city they choose we can have a flooded map!!

(Ian87) #32

Haha dude you’re preety exited about that flooded map, where did you get the idea? I kind of like it! And Venice would be a preety awsome city, completly diffrent from Rio and london and if not, I like Tokyo as my second option and Sydney as my third

(KINONEZ21) #33

I am, and idk I just thought what kind of stage would I like, a stage where niether Snipers nor Melees would have an advantage? And I thought about having several bridges for snipers to snipe from one to another, but also small pasages in between for melees where the snipers, and thought a flooded mal would fit that description, Venice was the best choise after that.

(Ian87) #34

I see, sounds intresting, could you do a sketch?

(KINONEZ21) #35

I would, if I could, sketching is not something I’m good at sorry

(Zapdos145) #36

New York, the city that never sleeps!!

(Ingoland) #37

Hi all,
How about Iceland, as it has lots of snow but also lots of volcanoes (maybe they could randomly explode)?

(Ingoland) #38

If you want water then how a about Atlantis?
Not sure how the normal troops would breathe though!

(KINONEZ21) #39

I dont think the map should affect the game play, Atlantis sounds cool but if it is made, you shouldn’t have to worry about your squad drowning

(KINONEZ21) #40

After your request I started working on something, just focused on the outline, which I will explain below.

The dark blue squares are the starting zones.
The gray represent the occupy zone.
Green, Yellow and Red represent the covers available in each square.
The Brown ones represent the three bridges, (the Yellow and Red Squares next to the Brown ones are part of the Bridge)
The Orange ones are a fountain, which is currently flooding the whole city.
The Black Squares are tiles that the toons can not step on and do not provide cover. The ones next to the bridge are gates, simples put there so toons would have to go around, the rest are background. (More or less like in Westminster)

I think this stage brings a balance to both snipers and melee users, and avoids to give much advantage to whom ever starts first or last…

What do you guys think? Any comments are welcome, both positive and negative, this is just a fan art :stuck_out_tongue:
