Nexon forums, Nexon Launcher and Extraction.

Ok, so I have a few issues right now so here they are:

  • I cannot access the Nexon Launcher. I reinstall and it works ONCE. Then I get "Error: an unknown network has occured. So in other words, I have to reinstall everytime I want to play or launch the nexon launcher.

  • Secondly, Once I FINALLY get the launcher to work I cannot launch extraction. I would tell you the error but I cannot launch the nexon launcher with removing the program re-installing and rebooting my PC. Then I get told to UPDATE the game, which it doesn’t let me do.

  • Thirdly, the reason I am posting here and not the nexon forums is… Suprise suprise. I cannot access them either!

So overall, I would say I was pretty let down by current events. I managed to launch the game 2 nights ago only to find the servers didn’t work. What is going on and is anyone else having these issues.

Disapointing, can’t play with all the new players out there :\

you tried if firewall or antivir blocks it?

I just tried the forums, and launched the game no problems.

I don’t know maybe your just special Potty!

hmmmm…this game has problems with w-lan and some routers or not?

i use my wlan router with cable and have no problems!

The launcher is very ugly

sometimes i will launch the game and he says me “download the game”

yesterday i will launch the game and he tells me “update” and in the next stage " error cannot upload blabla bla

these all are big big problems …i cant understand that sd/nexon give "friend invite beta keys out… and the game is still not running normal.

this is the wrong way guys…make this game stable before invite more players …!

Cheers man, after re-installing yesterday I got on for about 3 maps before the same error popped up again.

Tried to click on your link for the extraction forum, got an error message saying I’ve been disconnected xD Ironic …

Try running the launcher and then manually running the game .exe and see if that works.

Given that a few tries yesterday. Seems it is working today though. Very temperamental

And for the forums I would submit a ticket on it, that’s how I got mine fixed

Launcher worked for about 3 hours yesterday. So making progress some how!. I will just stay over at CSGO for now while things are buggy. Gives the new players a chance to get used to the game.

Couple of questions:

  • Anyone else has trouble logging into their Nexon account atm (I mean Nexon main account, not Extraction forums)? If there is an infrastructure maintenance going on, it should be nice to get a notification somewhere either on Nexon main site or in the launcher.

  • If my friend grabs the invite key I’ve given him, will he be able to access these forums sections aswell, or that account is strictly tied into Nexon closed beta?

  • What’s the meaning of life?

    Yes, I cant get in the forum neither.

    I understood it this way, all new players will only have access to the nexon extraction forums. Thats the reason why we should go there and post all the issues, feedback etc there. This forum here will stay the alpha forum.
