Still down - its been over 4 hours now? Trying to give Nexon a chance but not very impressed so far I’m afraid (the servers were down for nearly 4 hours the other day as well, this never happened with the SD servers, they were always rebooted and back up in minutes :frowning: ). And no maintenance warning if that is what it is, just ‘Sorry, there has been an error. Please try again later.’

Yup, s#!t happens with servers from time to time, it’s perfectly understandable, but stuff like this needs to be known, mostly because lack of news will make ppl troubleshoot their own clients/launchers/uplinks and post inquiries to get an idea. Especially with the wave of keys being sent out and new players trying to make accounts on an unresponsive service.

I don’t expect this outage to be the only one, but letting your clients know what’s going on is one of those details that puts your service in a good spot. You have an accounts portal and a launcher, Nexon. Use them.
