Can we get an update on this?

I asked miss murder and she said (3rd November):
“[…] The NDA will be lifting very soon but we are still asking people not to stream or publish video content right now.”

SD is OK with talking about the game to a certain extent (?) on Nexons forums but not publishing images or videos.

And apparently Nexon gave Spookify (sorry for pointing you out, I’m just trying to figure this all out) the go ahead to publish his frag video on the forums as long as it’s unlisted?

So… What’s the dealio? I really think you need to go out shouting what goes and what doesn’t before it all goes haywire.

I read some replies from MissMurder to someone a few weeks back saying that video content could be privately sent to nexon staff, and since the Nexon forum is visible to anyone it wouldn’t make any sense if it was unlisted.

Edit:

So NDA is lifted then? SD confirmation?

They also said feel free to post anything on the nexon forum related to talk. I specifically asked about putting a video on…

lets say half lifted due to the fact public forums^^ + spookify shows previous patch ingame only; There is not a lot of new stuff in there that wasnt already shown in preview videos on youtube. ok except the dome map but ye shouldnt be a big deal

I’m not saying Inf3rno is Batman BUT they were never seen in the same room at the same time. So draw your own conclusions.

AFAIK it’s still “NDA isn’t lifted but say and put whatever you want on Nexon forums, including screenshots and videos”.

This was my understanding of the situation ever since it was clarified what the deal with Nexon forums being public, and as there hasn’t been an update since, I’d presume it to still be the case.

It was more of a player rule not to post video’s rather than Nexon or SD saying so.
