The reason dragon nest has good support is because of a gm named tekonos, he sometimes turns around tickets within 10mins,

I have also been compensated and helped a lot from him when I didn’t even make a ticket, I just posted on the forums

But he isn’t the only one, I really hope we get gms that care about the game and community
