Bought a copy of ETQW off eBay from a very reputable games warehouse here in Australia; it cam shrinkwrap sealed and daughter opened it up with the DVD in the CD case but no manual or product key. Is there anything we can do, she would love to play online with it.

eBay seller notified me that game was factory sealed and if there was no manual to contact Activision, which I’ll try on Monday

Not sure what you can do really, I dont expect much help from Activision seeing as they dropped support for that games ages ago.
If you can’t get help from Activision PM me here on the forums and I may have a spare key I can give you.
Uh… get your money back. You were ripped off. Reason why I don’t buy games on ebay.
Just received two copies from here http://stores.ebay.com/qagames with no issue.
I recomend to check the seller Feedback Score before to buy.
If seller is not solving the problem ebay have to return you the money.
I bet you were sold an OEM version (that comes with hardware like a gfx card.) It is second hand and it seems the seller kept the license (or it got lost in transaction.)
