OK, I got the pitchforks and the torches, anybody knows the way to the SD headquarter?
new screens in computer gaming world
No but we naturally assumed it was this E3 and im also assuming that was the last one for ET:QWs?
But… but tourches are more fun. And pitchforks! Maybe, if we poke Bongoboy a bit, he’ll give use some ET:QW demos to make us go away? Worth a try I say!
Poke… poke POKE!
The villagers are revolting
:poke: :poke: :poke: :poke:
- off too the (SD) castle.
I’m not taking part in it, that’s for sure. ET:QW comes when the time is right.
And I’m actually in doubt if the SD guys couldn’t hold it out, I guess we haven’t seen all of the mystical creatures dwelling around in the code monkey’s closet.
Eventually, I’ll see if I can assemble an extra squad of tapirs as reinforcement.
May the tapirs be with you!
Field Ops works much the same as in Wolf ET. The main difference is that instead of just artillery, you have a choice of three different fire support deployables. Airstrikes work like Wolf ET - you throw a smoke canister to mark the target and the bomber… bombs it. With bombs.
Thanks for answering my question wils, do you mind expanding on you answer? about these “different fire support deployables” do they come as upgrades for the Feild Ops Class?
They are just deployables you can call in, it’s written on some sites. You just need to have the MCP close to you to call in those funny things I think. I don’t think you need to have a certain amount of XP to call them in, that would be imbalanced.
and having a needle that revives at half health and a needle at full isnt? they do it in et what difference would it make if any? It wouldn’t unbalance at all.

Well those are different things. The needlem jsut revives, and you can still heal the guy up with medipacks. Deployables are something different, because they kill people, and also because they are needed to complete some objectives.
And giving a guy with more XP the ability to kill more effectively (because he has more skill using that weapon or item) or to be able to do the objectives is unbalanced.
err you mean just like ET…
I think it would be, get more XP, get more options.
I’v seen the aunthillary gun but nothing else, maybe there’s a multiple rocket launcher.
Wils will have to elaborate or I can see the villagers gettin restless.
Yeah Zyklon. []v[] is right you have got it all backwards, I aint gonna discuss this further due to the fact I know what Im talking about, and its evident you don’t.

I rather think it’s the fact that you don’t get what I’m talking about :moo:
Zyklon seems to mean that when you reward players with higher XP by giving them more (powerfull) deployables, the game might get unbalanced.
Freshly-joined players could not place such deployables, and what if the other team can?
