Any chance we can get some insight on any major overhauls or a summary developmental priorities? I’m also curious if the new CBT phase has had any major influences on design decisions or sparked new ideas. The information stream has been a bit dead lately and we’re all curious folk

I’m sad we’ve not updated you guys in regards to this stuff for a while, our bad.
We are super-busy right now working on DB. We’ve been making a real push to improve the game and add a lot of new features, especially around the ‘game wrapper’.
Below is a high-level list of the kind of things we have been and are working on right now. First versions of much of this stuff should be arriving in game updates over the course of the next month or two. Many of them will be ‘work in progress’ and we’ll be looking for your feedback on how to improve them.
So, the list:
Balance and Gameplay

[li]Re-working and rebalancing Kira, Turtle, Phantom, Sparks and Aimee
[/li][li]Improved the feel and effectiveness of Mounted Machine Guns (more to come)
[/li][li]Added C4 proficiencies so some characters can arm/disarm faster than others
[/li][li]Tweaked hit boxes & increased the hit box sizes for larger Mercs
[/li][li]Reworked locational damage modifiers to make killing players feel more consistent
[/li][li]Updated default weapons for many Mercs
[/li][li]Reworked how automatic weapon bullet spread behaves, generally tighter
[/li][li]Weapon spread bloom and recover rates now behave more consistently across all weapons
[/li][li]Increased weapon fall off ranges, increased minimum damage at max distance. Guns should feel more consistent as a result
[/li][li]Movement speed is now effected by the weapon/item held in hand
[/li][li]Added a long-jump which can be performed by pressing crouch just before a sprinting jump
[/li][li]Tweaked wall-jump behaviour to be more consistent
[/li][li]Many ability balance tweaks

Over the next few weeks we’re hoping to update you with more specific details of the designs for some of these systems, so you can get a clearer idea of what they entail. Be warned, there will be many graphs and charts! 
Will there be a cancelable reload animation along the road? Cause that(the lack of it)bugs me the most atm. Other than that, the list sounds pretty friggin awesome, though it also sounds like DB will still be in beta for quite some time.
