I have phoned my ISP and they told me to go into my lan settings and then type some numbers in, then we can get into PunkBusters web site, but we can not update our games? We have got our ISP to delete our MAC addresses them type in our router MAC address,then we could get to pbs web site and update our games,but now we cant get back to pbs site,we go to log on then all it says is page cannot be displayed??
Our friends can get on & our ISP can get to the site but not us?
If any one can help us please do thanks so much.

Probably changing your DNS address’s. (Basically the way your connection goes to get data)

Dunno much about this MACs/router stuff, but I would imagine that when you initially setup your network/inet would you not have used the one single MAC addy for the Router rather than the computers as they deal with the rest near enough automatically afaik?
As I said before in the other thread you made for this… try this:
Disable Firewall or allow the ET ports to get through.
Connect to an ET Server.
Stay as spectator and type in console (`):
pb_sv_enable 1
pb_sv_update 1
Wait for a few minutes (5ish)
Look for Spam Yellow/Cyan text in the console.
Youve been updated…
If this doesnt work, again, get different DNS address’s… search Google for ISP ones from your location and use them to access the site…
