Also, about the windows installer:
If you have copied your ET install from another computer / CD / something, the installer won’t find the “required” registry entries, so it’ll exit, saying you don’t have a valid ET install.
Splash Damage is aware of this ‘problem’.

game crashes after “awating gamestate…” but it works fine after I reinstalled 1.02 patch, but not with the new patch servers.

mind to make a duplicate of your existing ET before installing, to ensure you can still play on non-updated servers or mods - and leagues, who likely wont update until the eventual next etpro version.

lol the serverbrowser seems to confuse ETF servers and 2.60 etmain server.
also the hits with the tank browning is still not counted.
and there wasn’t an updated .tga file for the delta fireteam, so I would assume that the bug i still there.

Shrub servers aren’t likely to update to this version since the author himself hasn’t done anything with the mod (unless this news prompts him to do so).

error

possible fix is install ET again, then delete contents of new root folder and paste files/folders from current working game installation into this “windows registry” understood installation.

I downloaded mine and made a fourth install for this version…and from: Salteh.net for all the juicy goodness Salteh is.

Alot of servers there yet ? I will be there in a few to check the juicy goodness out.

really surprised that they didnt include the maps they never released when the game came out… a whole new campaign would have made this patch so sweet… still even dispite the missing maps… the patch with its engine fixes are always a good thing

man the new patch really suck i downloaded it and install it, then i started wolfet,when the servre list apeares some of the servers didnt show up in the servre list, :banghead: :banghead: and tryed it with true combat elite and nothing showed in the servre list not even 1 servre.
whats wronge with the patch.
i am telling you guyes the patch need some fixes.
