New official maps/campaings coming in the future?

The current maps and capaigns are great, but there was one disapointment… Where is the Beach of Normandy? Country side of France? Eagle’s Nest? These are what I would really like to see. It’s a free game, will it be officially supported in the future?

I dont think SD will make any new campaigns. But there will be many campaigns made be our friendly group of mappers out there :slight_smile:

I wish they can create as good quality maps as SD.

Dont underestimate mappers the ppl that do this can do some amazing stuff and i am confident they will bring out better maps than SD eventually.

I enjoy Splash Damage maps, but I always thought they were inferior to maps made by Nerve. Its a damn shame that Nerve won’t be making any more releases for Vanilla Wolf. I would actually be interested to see what a Nerve Enemy Territory map would look like.

There are already mappers making ET maps. PErsonally I’d like to see people working together to make logical campaigns rather than bringing out random stand-alone maps.

Excatly. I would want to see a campaing from Normandy to Eagle’s nest. And I would want to see a big Normandy map, much bigger than Beach for example. But I wonder what the objects would be… Not sure if it would suit the objective based play of ET.

yeah do a 3 map campaign from SPR or band of brothers

advancing to each city from Normandy…
