need some help with tex stuff plz

Hi people i have recently been changing some stuff on my etnam server. What im trying to do is have a custom command that plays a sound file and displays the users name and the text of who is issuing the command. I have it working but think its not right. The text stays for like 15 seconds way after the sound file has played. Anyways this is what i have anyone see something really wrong cuz im getting clueless.

If noone knows, then you could replace “bp” by “cp” (or “cpm”) and it should do a centerprint instead of a bannerprint (a centerprint should stay about 5 seconds).

i think from what im reading is done thru lua and i dont understand that stuff
