like my gun starts with 30 bullets in one clip but can i add more??
plus is there a way i can edit the stuff such as make my player starter with full rank

Eh, aren’t you giving away a server?
Anyway, i don’t think you will get a server for free unless you have a good friend who has a server and has some spare cpu/bandwith on his server.
Running 2 servers is no problem, just use 2 different ports.
Just add “+set net_port 27961” to the commandline of your second server for example.
(27960 is standard so i asume that would be your first server…)
