My NEW MAP "VILLE ENIGMA"

Hi, I am rommel*dog ( or gabrom in other forums =P ) I finished this map el 25 de Mayo de 2010 a 200 años de la independencia de Argentina!

Hi all, well i made this map in 3 weeks. not all days ^^

The mission:
Is a large map (a little french town in 1940 ) where the Allies must steal from the axis two objects that are protected inside a church, bars behind and the second objetive behind electrified bars. Once you take the items, should be carried to the back of the truck to escape and win the map.

For now i buid it with a low light rendarization, maby in the future ill make a good and long compilation of this map.

and found the yellow and black textures for the ground

OH thats strange, they didnt say me nothing abaut the ground =( and i didnt play it yet. After this post i made 3 more betas adding 22 new teamvoiceanuncementes and other things.
Thanks for saying me, just making the beta 5 now and adding more destructible things ill post the link with Ville enigma beta 5 in ( compilation time plus uploading and posting time ^^ )

Here it is the link, they just uploaded the last version i think.

i found 3 textures missing, but ill fix it tomorrow too much fixes for one day lol.
Now im making a new maps, but i need to know how to make a composed brush estructure (with constructible, destructible, etc entities ) into a func_train moving constantly in a circuit. (i need some script as an example and the entities involved) =P

dont forget when u willl do the new release for your map “VILLE ENIGMA” to modify the map name arena (ex: beta1 or whatever) cuz the players will have the cheksum message and could not play if they still have the previous version in their ET main directory

hope u will have the times to fix the missing textures to can fix them very soon this week
i am waiting the fix to can add your map for our rotation

Yes, i fixed thats textures a 4 more there were very little textures, but now are ok ^^ and i made a change in the tracemap, the arena folder, an extension in the radio sound, and i had conect the generator trigger with a targetspeak, to hear when the generator its on or off ^^

i have a question, if it is possible to make a scriptmover with a lot of brushes, one of then constructibles, fexplosives and other entities? lol i can try, but to save time… maby i can cheat GTKradiant if it not possible with some scrips?

you dont modify the {
map “ville_enigma”

like for ville_enigma_b6 or whatever so if a player has a previous version he will have a problem like i told u

i will give you mine server IP when u will have the new map version done

what happens if you don’t change the arena file? afaik you only need to change the bsp file name, and preferably the pk3 file name.

i think the players have an error checksum message problems if they have already a previous version in their etmain folder
they try to re d/l the map, then stop and try to d/l the map again and again.
still a lot dont know what to do and having too many maps.PK3 in your ET main can crash your game aswell
