1st possibility: Take out a noobstick, put the rifle nade on it, stand on the top of building across the street, and then fire it in his office.

2nd possibility: Get into his office, tell him to f**k off, if he tells you he doesnāt want to: /ref YourPasswordHere -> /ref kick MyAnnoyingBossāsNameHere . And there you go, no one will ever see that dude again.
3rd possibility: Wrap a satchel charge in present-paper and tie a nice red ribbon around it. Leave it on his desk (make sure you donāt have your remote-control switched on), and then when heās opening the present, switch to your remote-control, and press the switch!

To the pacifist guys, I can see where youāre coming from, and it would be nice to take a non-violent apporach. But it has gone too far now. There is nothing else for it, the guy just has to die.
