Mouse Stats For Fun

(ET|n00B) #1

Typing? Now you can use your mous stats too!
The BeWeS mouse tracker is online.
There is already a Enemy Territory Team Team.
If you wanna join, go there, download the program and install it.
Now go to the page, register there, you dont need to give all info,
only email nick and password, then wait for the authorisation mail.
Use the link in the mail to confirm your signup and then start the program,
using as login the data you gave at the page.
From now on the software will count the left and rightclicks and
the distance you were “driving” your mouse.
For joining in the team, just click on join after login to the site and
search for “Enemy Territory” there.
You can let it run with your keycounter and anything else at the same time,
it doesnt take much resources.

Is this some generic form letter? I’ve seen this on three other sites already.

There are other mouse trackers out there. You are not the first. Why should i use this one ?

Most of them save your distance on your harddisk. Which may result in total data loss when your PC crashes. Others do save your results to a central server but dont have as many functions as we do. Have you seen any other awarding a prize? Our product is totally freeware and garantueed adware-free.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahhahahahaha

Right! I hate having to back up my mouse stats to tape so I don’t have to worry about losing it in the event of a sunstorm!

Are you stealing data from my disk?

The only thing that gets sent to our server is your BeWeS username and pass , your distance and your mouseclicks. Together with some random chars to make the encryption better. We are not a shady Internet company and do not want your computer data. Why would we waste our bandwidth and webspace on your files? Simply because your data is not important to us.

Noooo… of course not…
And yeah. Because I need to be sure my mouse traffic is encrypted.
