I noticed on battery,wherever I ran a mortar would hit right behind me,how do people aim so good with the mortar,and how’d he know where i was ? also in battery he was firing mortar inside the spawn (west bunker) HOW DO YOU AIM THE MORTARS

Unlikely that he was targetting you - more like he was targetting a specific set of target points you happened to keep running by. If an enemy covert can see you, then your icon will show up on enemy command maps, but the flight time for a mortar round is ~4 seconds, so it would be really hard to see your icon and guess where you would be in 4 seconds.
