When sprinting, you could trip on stairs/pebbles if you go too fast, leaving you downed for a medic to revive you.

Same with wall jumping

Direct hitting with sawbonez’s large health packs slams a person into the ground. Even killing them if the conditions are right.

Can confirm for Nader with this video on Nader’s launcher and old gameplay footage

On the other hand in Rhino’s case he affectionly says “Reloading the Beast” and “Reloading, this’ll take a minute.” which make more sense in the case of his minigun, rather than his shotgun or pistol.
