MG42/Sniper Duels

I realize this kind of thing usually contributes nothing to actually winning the game, but as a devoted Mg42 soldier, I often find myself in vendetta duels with covops snipers, who are otherwise fairly useless. It is great fun wasting them on the fueldump roof, sniper hill, or other blatantly obvious and well known sniper nests. Kill them once, they keep coming back for more, ignoring the game objectives to find and kill me. I killed the same guy five times last night. I have been one-shot killed any number of times, with full health, which I didn’t think was possible. Level 4 Covops? Is there a bind script that would speed up the prone/tripod setup and stand/fold tripod operation? If I could lessen that vulnerability, I could really become a nuisance.

One shots kills? You mean like headshots? Or backstabs?

No there’s no way to speed up your deploying speed. It’s meant to be that way.

Level four covert ops gives them one shot kills with backstabs. I’m not sure what you mean exactly.

It’s possible if there aren’t any medics on your side as they will boost your base health above the 100 HP that a head shot from a sniper rifle will inflict
