i dislike the 100% HP revive at full cherge.
either make the cherging time bigger.
OR make it 75% HP at full charge.
it is very abusive at mid/long range - especially with that much bullets to gib.

I’d rather this go the way of easier gibbing.
If players are more easily gibbable, it becomes a bigger priority to revive them fast, rather than with full hp. so you wont have time to charge up the defibs anyways.
You move a lot slower with a charged defibrillator so you’re a target of choice. It already prevents you from raoming around like this. No need of nerfing it imo.
