Does anyone know how to turn off the max lives warning message when you tap out?

This question has been posted on the planetwolfenstein forums, but no answers yet.
It would be nice to be able to turn this off. As Craven is aware, most of my servers are max lives servers and that damn message box is annoying. I understand the reasoning behind it, but there should be a way to turn it off.

You can hit enter to dismiss it instead of clicking. Still that leaves tapping out a two key combo instead of one. It would be very nice to have a cvar that completely disabled the confirmation…
