Master server of RTCW Demo version

Hi All,

im trying to figure out for a long time, whats going on with the master server from RTCW demo version.

Yes there are still about 50 people left playing this demo version, and they enjoy it. ( 4 or 5 servers left) :banana:

But since a year or so, servers are not listed anymore in the master. seems like nobody knows why and activision aint providing support for demos.

Anybody ever heard of this problem ? or knows about a way to solve it ?

We found i thing that helps a bit, that by changing the default port to a differend one a few times, and restart a few times, then suddenly the server shows up in master list. but after a few days its suddenly not listed anymore.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Try going to ID. Splashdamage made Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, not Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

was hoping you folks could help out since they are not providing support for demo versions. :frowning:

If you want a developer or publisher to provide support, I wholeheartedly recommend buying their game instead of playing the demo version for the last five years.
