master list down?

I just tried retrieving master list and its not coming up at all, i reinstalled my pak files to make sure no dodgy pak files and i checked to make sure its all clean, is it just me or is this a problem for everyone?

I think a recent Win update has reset some permissions, I got a dialog asking to allow
