I have league anti cheat experience and I’ve only seen one obvious aimbotter through 28 hours. First person spec would make it a lot easier to tell.
Massive Cheating (on PC servers)
12 hours.
Met one obvious aimbotter, who kept rushing our spawn to land 3 kills with one clip of SMG (all headshots).
Another one not that obvious : long range, instantly hitting anyone peeking out of a corner using the lean or slide feature - we were 5 and couldn’t move forward.
I don’t think I saw a wallhacker (since the radar + sound radar is already helping through-walls localization).
I wonder why the developers don’t add a “sup-admin” slot to the game, then the publisher hire a 24/7 team, checking all games and banning cheaters. 3 months is enough to catch most of the cheats-kiddies.
None of that sounds to convincing.
I have 50 hours put in. Im pretty good at knowing who bots.
I have yet to encounter 1 cheater (pc) one was suspicious but thats about it.
22 hours in, haven’t seen a single cheat yet, and I think I might be able to spot one :-
I have not seen anybody who cheats, TAW has a strict no evidence keep your mouth shut policy where cheating is cocnerned. Thats what I would like to see, clear hard evidence, accusations without evidence are pointless.
The jerk movement is porbably combat intuition, It displays an orange icon on the screen when someone puts their crossairs on you, indeed I have done this many times, someone was behind me, was lining up a shot and I turned around and blew him away, the lesson, don’t put your crossair on someone till the final moment, I have learned to do this. Another issue is compeitition players, new players go up against people playing in tournaments and ladders and then call hacks, having played compeition I have seen this for myself.
There is a gentleman called magnifier who hacks, I have seen him a few times now and he just kills you instantly also it seems that sometimes your bullets don’t register on him… I did confront him on it and he just says nothing, no defence and he just continues. Before anyone says well maybe he is just good, I initially thought that was the case but literally you blink and your dead its that quick and it doesn’t matter what weapon.
I’m sure I will see him again and when I do I will fraps the guy and you can see for yourself.
I haven’t seen a cheat yet either. Most cheat accusations are the result of frustration or lack of fps experience/skills.
o wow look alot of hackers on a pc game. and yes i know hackers are on all systems.
I would not complain so much about hackers in paid games as they are few.
Of course I want them banned but just saying. First evidence then ban.
If you look at earlier free fps games like W:ET and Warrock those had a ****load of cheaters.
I mean the PB numbers were off the charts lol.
Funny enough those were some good games especially W:ET (my fav game ever).
I don’t know about aimbots, but xRadar supporting Brink is already out and you wouldn’t be able to easily detect it since it’s like a wallhack and you can’t shoot through walls anyway.
Hopefully, VAC and Wire will detect it.
Also hoping that UAC3 will support Brink.

Never said there weren’t any cheats, just haven’t seen any.
And please remove the youtube link, it gives a website address where you can get the hack from.
This is so new, so unexpected I’m speechless.
Hackers in a PC game, go figure…
where is the world going?
