:confused: everybody calls it “RTCW:ET”. it’s technically “W:ET”, as in “Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory”. just “ET” has always been acceptable, but now with “ET:QW” coming, i think using the proper “W:ET” is more important than ever - since “ET” could soon mean either of two games.

I think they don’t call it RTCW: ET there, the admin has just writen “RTCW - ET” to point to “RTCW and ET related questions”.

I think the RTCW:ET is for RTCW2 since its going to be called Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Evil Tomb

Ok make it clear on gamer short games names:

ET = Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory
RTCW = Return To Castle Wolfenstein
ETQW = Enemy Territory: Quake Wars

Is that hard?

Then you’ll be pleased to hear that just ET will be unclear once ETQW is out. You should use W:ET and ET:QW.

I wouldnt think QW has any thing to do with ET, its just the name they used.

Of course, I think everyone here understands that a game with about the same classes as in ET, and the same objective-based type gameplay is not like ET at all - what a fools!! :nag:
