Granted this may be garbage but why does this news not come from SD first? They are, after all, the ones who are creating the editor.

I hope its true, I really wanna see some new maps. Its gonna be exciting playing and earning these maps as well as doing different objectives 
I only hope the server admins out there will put these maps on there servers, nothing worser than having good custom maps and having no servers running them.

cant remember seeing garbage on bluesnews tbh… Activision handle PR and announcements generally mean being announced by PR. Wouldnt be susprised if SD are contracted not to make announcements - at least before activision do.

Wasn’t there a group of guys making do with RTCW or Q3 editors already on the mapping scene ?

I suspect there is some such agreement. SD creates it FOR Activision. Its the latter’s property and their release.
The note on BluesNews was basically “its coming out tomorrow” or somthing.
Activision had nothing on their website… actually I couldn’t find anything about ET. Wierd… I did see a note on planetwolfenstein though. Oh well… its doesn’t matter now 'cause it is OUT!

you can get by doing basic stuff w/ wolf radiant, but need new one for cov ops doors and other et specific map elements.
