On BBC news today, I have heard that a 19 year old boy from Essex has been arrested under police and FBI. It is not confirmed he is apart of the schemes behind the Sony, Nintendo and Bethesda.

but the problem with the law system in the UK is that hackers cases get dropped and they join some L337 worldwide government agency. or thats the conspiracy, maybe they get dragged to a back alley and shot?

The guy who got busted just ran an IRC server that LulzSec used. He wasn’t actually a part of their group. Check their Twitter page for more information. So the lulz will continue it seems

Do I think he should be executed? Certainly not. Capital punishment with an imperfect legal system is a bad idea in the best of times. Killing people for hacking stuff up is just stupid, regardless of how under prosecuted the crime may be.
I would discuss this further but I’m scurrd of dem omg @politix ban hammers, onoez! :rolleyes:
