A very good site is this one…

If your not dutch (like myself) you might have trouble understanding, but its pretty straightforward. It has demos of league competition matches and what not.

Hi!
I have two sites. The first one is the Swedish RtCW/ET site www.swertcw.com where you can find ET demos. Here is for example the final match in the Swedish ET league autumn 2003:

The other site is Arduis, the clan that I play with. We have an area where our members can upload ET demos from clan wars:

Perhaps not 1337 all the time, but at least they are real clan wars (Swedish Et league and Clanbase ladder games).

This is the demo from my latest clan game. The opponents was pateticly easy but maybe youll get some tips out of it.
Besides, the first 10 minutes might me pretty boring, my fellow clan mates almost instantly started to spawn kill them but I was to afraid for sneaking engineers.
But with like 4 minutes left I does one of the coolest things I ever made.
(it might look like two kills but it is four ^^)
Type /timescale 0.3 like 30 seconds after they stole the tank and you might see it.
And oh, they said they had a server but nooo, they found a public clan server!!! Well, we could play on it anyway. =/
