Listing of game cvars and documentation??

where can i find a listing of all the game cvars and the appropitate documentation for each one? or at least some tourney or league cvar documentation?

i am wanting to build a pb check that is fairly large, beyond the recommended at evenbalance.

for all commands:

/cmdlist
/condump cmd.cfg
/cvarlist
/condump cvars.cfg

explanation er might be some in the source, else can get a good chunk of them with a breif explanation (though often somewhat ambiguous, and very rarely detailed) at keen’s Q3 variable page. A lot of other places will have a fair chunk of the RTCW specific ones, and some ET places will have started on the ET ones.

tbh though, if you dont already know places to look then you’ve probably underestimated the task of just working out what a cvar does, never mind if there is an associated exploit (some of which requires multiple arcane cvar settings, only work on certain graphics cards…). Then of course you have to work out what the game sets as default for various cards, and what can be set via ingame menu, then sift through the multitude of often strongly felt opinions (more often than not holding a lot of igniorance one way or the other) - what constitutes cheating is a extremely subjective topic.

i just want some accurate unopinionated ducumentation…

i have looked in a few places and most of it seemed to be opinion more that a factual explanation…

Good luck. The only truely accurate documentation is the game source, which is not available to most of us. Everything else is guesswork, hearsay, and speculation.
