Limbo Screen and typing messages

Hey will ET have a limbo-type screen? And if so, could the problem with typing be fixed? I HATE being in the middle of typing something after being wounded, only to look up and find I’ve been gibbed and lost my whole message! Please don’t do this to us again!

I wasn’t aware of that problem, but I’ve kept a note of it for future reference when we get in to our bug-fixing stage.

I think that setting cg_popupLimboMenu to 0 will fix this problem.

Yeah, but then I don’t get the limbo menu quickly when I get killed – quickly enough to switch when gibbed and only have 3 seconds to pick a class. The easiest solution would be to have the game not kill my message when I’m gibbed :slight_smile:
