I understand rtcw wasnt exactly a SD game but rtcw had 50 dmg per headshot with all guns, i believe et had around 45 dmg per hs. Soldier #2 with hmg does 46 dmg, no other gun in DB does more than 36 per hs, although some pistols do 50dmg per hs. Maybe I am missing something here but seems to me that Headshots did about 10 more dmg in ET.
lethality of weapons
I agree. I don’t have any trouble keeping my crosshair in one spot while strafing though and I would have recorded a video if I was able, just to show how it is. I do feel like there’s something happening when in motion versus standing still, but I would need some confirmation of course. Hipfire just needs to be way more aim rewarding in terms of head tracking at mid-range because the bloom turns it into a Brink copy. I don’t like wanting to camp constantly with iron-sights as a necessity either, but as the spread differences clearly show that’s a much more efficient style of game play. Wiked is someone I trust for giving me extremely unbiased feedback as well as being one of the most consistent aimers in alpha, and he simply said that the only time he doesn’t hit something is when he misses or isn’t iron-sighted. Moral of the story is that the gap between hip and iron-sighting accuracies needs to be adjusted.
He’s pretty consistent when using soldier class, didn’t fare to well on the others. Not unless you count racking up kills with invisible, high ROF bush turrets, if so then yes…or was that your forte?
Your consistently quite the poor sport bud. He hasn’t played as many other classes sure, but he has the best aim with soldier I’ve seen and would easily be able to master just about everything else with time. As to my bush turret lol… it got around 5 kills total per map (that’s for the whole map), but it sure sparked your keyboard on chat. I’m guessing that living in your ego bubble and having to make up constant excuses for why you’ve never won anything but a stacked pub is your forte. I’d suggest you get over yourself real quick.
I’ve won plenty, you must have me confused with yourself. But you can hold on to your pickup game victories in an alpha as long as you can. While you’re at it you might as well get use to obscurity and your general lack of tracking that gets you repeatedly put in limbo versus weaker classes.
Now now, friends. We’re here to improve and test the game, not prove how well we can wield our gaming peripherals.
