Then does the soldier get to pick a second sideweapon? Like a better pistol? Or is the 2nd side weapon only available to strogg agressor just as covert ops have 3 primary vs 2 primary weapons of the strogg infiltrator?

It is avaliable only to Strogg agressor. Im not entirely shure if it is a sidearm or a primary weapon but I am certain that it is called lightning pistol, since Strogg didn’t invent ligning gun until Quake 4. Therefore this is a prototype, a “baby” lightning gun so it shouldnt be as strong as primary weapons, that and becouse its called pistol Im guessing its a sidearm.

don’t forget about the n5 machine PISTOL. the silenced weapon that the covert ops has that almost looks like a pistol.

I’m pretty sure the covert ops silenced weapon that the covert ops has that is rapidfire and looks like a pistol is called the machine pistol, I don’t know.

Someone playing a Strogg Constructor who dutifully repairs vehicles, sets up turrets and disarms explosives will find themselves rewarded with (among other things) the ability to launch their tool-arm from their body and repair from a distance.

Was I off that day or is this new, or just plain wrong.
