Lagometer server problem

Hello Guys,

I have a server hosted on fiber optic 100/100 with 2008 R2 Enterprise
Running multiple private etpro ET servers with fs_homepath from one installation.
But there are small yellow spikes everytime in the blue line in lagometer, so it should be a server problem. But i can’t find the problem, the server is mostly around 10% load and like 4GB memory free com_hunkmegs are 192 but nothing fixed the problem. Not only i have it when i connect with lan, but also other players.
Anyone knows wat else i can do ?

is punkbuster enabled?
could cause some of the hickups

No, only etpro further no anti-cheat software etc.
Also i dont have these problems on other servers with the same connection.
