How do I key bind because it is really annoying having to press v and stuff

Type this into console:
(Press ` (next to 1)

/bind e +salute
-This will allow you to push and shove people on shrub servers.

Or things like:
/bind q vsay thanks
-This will say thanks in the chat window when you press q.

(x=the key u want to say the phrase)

If you want something to go global do the following:

/bind x “vsay oops”
