its slowed down, just to see them come in more clearly, it was an attempt at it anyways, but

What plane model is used during the airdrop? Would it happen to have an interior?
if u read back u see i also asked this, he didnt know exactly. but im 95% sure that its a “Me 262” (not with damn “-” character between mfgr.nm. and typ.nr.), improper for your needs. it was a small single seat twin turbojet fighter.
(but zenith is making a really nice DC-3/C-47; also ive saw somewhere a not too nice He 111 and Fw 200 from brushes a long time ago. also a not that bad Ju 52 is present in some map. in diegos praetoria there is another nice C-47 Dakota …
btw from brushes i can quickly (1-2 days) create a fairly accurately shaped aircraft for u, any ww2 type i know (that means really a lot:p). with proper texture a week more. from model… sry i cant yet.)

Hello Ray, possible maybe that you make a newest version of bba0-beta2.pk3 where
- the all sounds, fix etc is in one pack and
- the basic (so not the side) spawn points are not so close too the objective because on a sk not allowed server could be problem if u want get the objective and just then the enmey team respawn there.

on 3rd pic there are little ‘dots’. how did you make them? they look similar to !pip command in noquarter.
ok, this is a pic of blue rays from a moonlight i made in a test map for doom3, they were meant to be like the light rays as seen in thief 3…

now… thats a doom3 screenshot of a test map i made…
but i used the same textures with a different shader for my test map in et here,

those dots are meant to represent dust that fades in and out like flickering…
and they do…
but since et does not have a particle engine, i modeled them up as polys and used a shader to get that similar effect… i hope that sounds coherent… im like 6 beers in… lol
isn’t there some kind of q3 particle generator or shader generator?
Can’t remember the exact name.
Particle generator is target_smoke. With right settings and custom shader and with a little love and tweaking, it can do miracles
