Is there a way to extract the sound samples? I would like to pimp my system sounds little bit… Danke sehr!

WinRar will open all the pk3 files and the sounds are in there. :smiley:

If you edit them, you won’t be able to connect to servers that have sv_pure set as 1 (which is most servers).

Thank you for your advice todd. But I don’t have the intention to change the sounds in ET. I would like to change my Windows system sounds… :wink:

Just extract pak0 with Winzip or WinRAR and you’ll find them in there :slight_smile:
