Any reason for me to download the game and give it another shot or is it pretty much the same as before?
Are the US servers still empty 24x7?

When this big patch hits, it may give us all a reason. Hoping it comes in the next weeks.

Spread is still awful. I would wait for the next big patch which should arrive in around 2 weeks perhaps (just my prediction).
At least it’s not just me that thinks more often than not the replies come across as patronising rather than engaging, which is what I presume they were trying to go for.
Thanks for bringing that to our attention, we’ll make sure it’s thoroughly discussed at our next corporate board meeting. Happy fraggin’!
Not bad, new record for me this year. I lasted about 4 maps before quitting. Hopefully the new patch works for me. I will say WhiteChapel is looking incredibly better went from my most hated to probably my favorite (need more time on.) I would like old Camden better if they ended it at the helicopter but meh the new camden is still too short.
After stepping on a 6th mine that wasn’t beeping I just couldn’t take it anymore and rage quit. It was kinda fun while it lasted though.
Pretty sure this has been brought up before but you really need to fix the special weapon banks. Anyone with a grenade should use the same slot it’s frustrating to mousewheel up for an ammo pack and then switch chars and mouse wheel up to my revive paddles or frag grenade. =/
Spread isn’t as bad now since the hitbox increase. But they are reworking hitboxes and I heard an optimization patch coming up.
it realy seems like laggs (server issues) and overal performance.
once i get 70fps midfight i hit.
if i get 30fps midfight i dont hit.
spread is bad (annoyingly) in the sprint/jump situations and in long range after several shots.

I think the main issue with spread is in these situations, and even some extent to simply walking. I’ve proposed suggestions to change this in the past several times, mainly suggesting that spread stay the same til you start shooting at which point you gain spread faster depending on your current stance of walking, sprinting etc…
If you shoot from sprint, the second shot has a bigger penalty. If you shoot from jump, your second shot is probably not going to hit.

agree. 1st shot has to be presize. 2nd shot depends on your movement.
as for jump-shooters (in cover) some little penalty needs to be. like 1 sec wider spread for ONLY jump-shots not for usual shooting after jumpshot. So if you start spamming jump-shots you hit less and less every time. But in first jumpshot if you hit - you hit.
++ the spread for jumpshots for shotguns has to be the same. because it is shot gun it always shoots the same spread.

Since the last patch I got an incredibly bad performance hit in terms of both lower fps and frequent spiking. My accuracy dropped by at least 5-10% because of it. I’m assuming that it’s the culprit of most of the mouse movement complaints. #bringonthepatch
oh, man. thats probably not the performance…you just need to prac a little bit…
:D:D:D:wink:

so what is it, seriously:
There are a good number of server and client performance optimizations going into the next couple of patches, hopefully you folk will see a big improvement. If you don’t, let us know
