I’ve heard about eveel wallhacks but ballhacks sounds new to me… :weird:

Being in the top 3 in a particular server means nothing, unless the other people on the server are top players. If you are in the top 3 (in terms of k/d and acc, not XP) against causality, uprise, rotators, then you can talk about acc. If you don’t recognize any of those, 'nuf said.

Where’s the trolling? Me expressing an opinion/view you dont like is trolling? I specifically said “that might not be the intention” & “intentionally or not”, and gave the view that it is the number of threads and overall effect that is the problem.

BTW, the “longest post” was at least 3/4 taken up by my paragraph giving my answer to the thread question, so I dont quite get what your point is. Maybe you think its a “waste both time and energy” but hey I had some going spare at the time and well, you asked.

Instead of betting on what you find with the search, why dont you just do it? Who is jumping/BASHing on who?

the_last_unicorn: I think its this hack that basically the game is as normal except enemy players have a coloured circle above their head which obviously is quite easy to see and shows through walls. Maybe I’m missing something (cant say I spend too long looking it up) but I dont really see whats worse about it, exceopt maybe that it would be hard to pickup on PB screenshot if rate sampling 2 or 4 was used.

Seeing as everyone apparently disagree’s with my POV I might aswell give you this link which shows some (stolen, credits to the respective hack authors) screenshots of hacks in use, its a half-finished page originally intended for helping admins. 2nd pic down is i assume the ballhack (also with a weapon label hack thing) - not sure why its meant to be worse than e.g. 5th pic down.

True. As an example I think the average SMG accuracy in the RtCW QCon final was below 25%, and those players have at least decent aim…

With the Garand (sniper) my average is 68% to 78%. Sniper is different.

I mean engineers garand. Try to play as an axis engineer with k43 in gold rush. Take far away targets with rifle nades and wait behind corner to enemy come close. Only shoot when you know youll get hits. Dont shoot bodies etc. Do this agains noobs that don`t know about strafing. You should have over 40% accuracy at the end if you are any good.

Nice moronic statement there. Let’s get on a server is see your so called 50% with the thompson. Oh I guess you think ppl will just stand there and allow you to walk up and shoot them point blank. You really are stupid aren’t you. Even the noobs will shoot back and move alittle. And I never seen a server full of newbies and only one expert.
And btw, most of the ppl on the server I play on are very good, only has a few noobs. Quite a few are really good, but again, never score in accuracy with smg over 40%, usually 30% to 34%. And these are guys that can rack up 50 kills in a round with just a few deaths.

I know a few top UK/Euro players who can get 50%+ with SMG. I’m in the 25%-30% bracket myself (cos I suck), but it is possible to get those kind of figures.

I think the main point to bear in mind though, is that you simply can’t look at a player’s stats at the end of a game and say “heh, he got x%, therefore he must be cheating”.

And for the smg with 50%+ check them again. They are field ops with airstrikes and artillery. Not medics. Or engr with landmine kills. Or solder also using panzer or flamethrower along with the smg. I’ve seen alot of players from crappy to the best. Always the same result, rambo medics with 35% or lower accuracy.
Yes, by default a medic will usually win a 1v1, unless the medic is not a good player. But when a medic can win 5v1 WITHOUT healing over and over, it’s no longer skill. I’ve been on teams fighting these rambos. They are good but in the duels they might take down 2 or 3, but ALWAYS die, or just barely gets away.

Er, actually no. I’ve got a couple of guys in mind who are your stereo-typical rambo Meds. But then I couldn’t absolutely swear to those figures or the circumstances in which I saw them. I don’t pay much attention to stats personally, mine or anyone elses, so I’d need to do a little more research.

Look at the variations in your own stats and you’ll probably find that on a good day against bad players your accuracy is much higher than your normal average. My average is below 30%, but I’ve had games with >45% accuracy (>60% if I count the rounds where I only fire 30 bullets or so).

Then imagine someone with a normal average of 35-40% playing against noobs…

Look, my average hit % is about 35 with good peeps playing with mp-40, thompson, alot higher everyone is n00bish…got the screens to prove it.

But you have to take the person in question and apply them to the peeps who are playing on the server. If your against FX or ]NARF[ or any other CAL I quality teams, your accuracy is obviously going to be lower than if your against “Silent sniper” and “Solid Snake” :wink:

Blamin someone of cheating solely on their stats at the end of the round is ludicrous.

Btw, on some servers i get blamed for cheating, i hate it :frowning: . Ones i was kicked cause i killed the whole team (7 peeps, most were medicing and stuff), and then stole 1 gold crate, and died because i walked on a mine. So, stop blaiming someone for cheating if u aren’t sure!

I get an average of maybe 60-85 kills depending on lag/class etc. I DONT get called a cheater cause i play with trustworthy peeps on a regular basis :slight_smile:

Get a group of peeps around your skill level and set up scrims and matches and such :smiley:
