All they do is clutter up my screen

i set CL_NOPRINT 1 and its in my main etconfig now but its not working

is that some mod? cuz it doesnt look like ET’s regular UI

cl_noprint doesnt work for et afaik, that was for rtcw?

s0m you can turn them off but try, “b_smallpopupicons 1” (Etpro only) first cause iv turned them off and had to turn the back on again, i.e not knowin where the dyno has been planted on Oasis right away.

and those dont seem to do anything. Surely someone has to know how to turn that crap off. The text is so big it is just annonying seeing all the crap in the middle of the screen. :frowning:

This is a feature that was asked for and implemented in Jaymod. You can always turn the 2D display off (only having the 3D stuff for the most part), but you lose out on a lot. It all depends on what mod you’re using, but AFAIK you can’t simply disable obituaries with vanilla etmain.

Some electrical masking tape will do the trick… Tha same way we used to turn off the blinking “12:00” on the VCR…
