Was wondering if there was a way to create a server and be able to run around NOT in spectator mode.
I want to be able to practice a little before going on a server and having someone call me a noob. It gets a little old.
Any settings information is appreciated. I already set the server to 6 player max and 1 player ready for game to start. Just leaves me at a spectator.
When I create a server and join it on my own PC, I can join a team and play no problem. You should set it to zero players ready before game can start I guess, or join a team and press F3 to make yourself ready.
If that doesn’t work, bring down the console (press ` immediately below the ESC key (or ~ on an American keyboard) and type /g_dowarmup 0 and press ENTER. The forward slash (/) is important, and that’s a zero not the letter o on the end.
