Is there a guide that shows what the default server.cfg command lines do?

Are there other commands that we can add that aren’t in the default .cfg file?

like in the docs supplied with ET, so people realse it’s not me who is doing the article ripping. they actually leave it there in the bits copypasted from the docs, but remove the (several) references to me in the other bit.
