Well still no, I don’t think it is pay to win.
If you have better aim, you’re still going to win your battles. I don’t need to pay to win, because I can play just as well with default cards.
So no, it 100% isn’t.
So 2 people with the same aim 1 with a lead standard card and 1 with a bronze silver gold or cobalt Rhino card and both level 1 never played the game before who will win?
Assuming its 1 vs 1. The Rhino will win.

If you have 2 Rhino players, and both have the same aim, then the one who will win is the one who gets the jump on the other player.
If you have a Rhino and some other merc, well the Rhino will win (due to higher health) unless the other player has an ability ready or if he gets the jump on the Rhino.
In the end, it comes down to situational and environmental awareness and skill.
Geez guys. I know it’s been asked a lot, but it is a genuine question. 4 flags, and 3 disagrees for a question? Disagrees? Really?
I agree OP should do some research before hand, but come on, no need to be so harsh. We all thought dumb things when we first joined the game, it’s not an excuse to bash people. Just kindly tell them to use the search feature.
I’d rather have new players feel welcome even after asking something silly than spam them with disagrees on a question.
I understand you are being empathetic, but come on, the guy has been registered since July 2016. He should - at the very least - understand the basic nature of the game (assuming he has also been playing since that time)
What the hell kind of example is that lmao. Two Rhinos in a 1v1 situation? You tell me. Who gets the first shot off? Who has better game sense and awareness? Who has more experience in FPS games in general? Who knows how to abuse wall jumping and the movement system? Who is more aware of any of Rhinos weapons ranges or spread? There are too many variables to consider when it comes to 1v1 battles and I’m telling you hands down right now it almost never comes down to which loadout card you are using.
You asked a question. I gave you my answer. It is not pay to win in my opinion.

he’s a troll and should be flagged as such every time it posts, it wouldn’t matter if you could buy any card you wanted, without hours of practice, you’ll never get ANY BENEFIT from an augment so TROLL OFF
Urban dictionary is at best unreliable, at worst wrong and/or self contradictory, so let’s not use that for a definition of anything.
The game isn’t p2w because skill is the differentiator, not loadouts.
Asking leading questions based on hypothetical situations that in practice cannot occur (because positioning, teammates, human randomness) doesn’t change that.
You can’t buy power in Dirty Bomb. There is no way to get a stat increase either temporarily or permanently through the use of money. It’s always been like this since the very start. So I am going to go ahead and close this thread
