News should be repeated n times every i minutes. Like 5 times every hour. Showing it once is not enough and can easily be missed.

Instead of showing:

it would be more readable to show:

b - (URL)[/b]

Who cares about the RSS URL anyway.

This is true. I thought about that. The problem is, if i repeat it this could annoy other users. Because i guess the channel will become very busy after the game ist just released. If you are talking and a bot spams the news this isn`t that nice.
Maybe a public command? Like !news in channel (this could be abused by spammers, therefore 1/hour restriction needed) and/or !news in private message.

I agree too. This is not necessary.

And at least about the desing. I am not very advanced with desings but the no color design is not good readable. Your suggestion is okay, i will change it.
A little problem here aswell too… As much bigger the channel as more spam (/amsg, awaysmessage, …) will be. +c (no colors) is a nice solutions. Nvm. Until then i will use bold/underline.
